CaroMont Cancer Center recently completed over 150 cases of Partial Breast Irradiation for women with early stage breast cancer. This one week course of treatment can be conveniently timed soon after surgery and before possible chemotherapy. These selected patients enjoy a quick treatment, more targeted therapy, minimal side effects and good breast symmetry over the long term.
