CaroMont Cancer Center recognizes breast cancer awareness month with pink lighting of the entrance and fountain. The cancer program has offered a multi-discipline breast cancer patient evaluation weekly clinic for the last 3 -4 years. This program allows a newly diagnosed breast cancer patient to meet a breast cancer navigator and see the 4 main specialist in Breast Cancer Care all in a single 2 to 3 hour visit. The program also offers a bi-monthly breast cancer specific tumor board to review new and ongoing cases with the physician team. The program is certified by the NAPBC or National Accreditation Programs for Breast Centers
